Are your engines and parts authentic JDM imports?
Yes, all our inventory is sourced directly from Japan. Each engine undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection and compression test before being listed for sale.
How long does shipping take for large items like engines or transmissions?
LTL freight shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Smaller parts are shipped via standard ground and usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is your warranty policy on used engines?
We offer a standard 30-day start-up warranty on the internal blocks and heads of our engines. Please note that bolt-on accessories and sensors are not covered under this warranty.
Do you offer local pickup for customers in the DMV area?
Absolutely. Customers in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to bypass shipping fees and collect their items from our warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer financing options through Shop Pay Installments for larger purchases.
Can I return a part if it doesn't fit my vehicle?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
